- Wake up: coffee, tea bar with a selection of different teas, juices
- Our bread basket: varied selection of local bread such as corn bread, sunflower seed bread, muesli bread, walnut bread and much more.
- To spread on your bread: home-made jams, honey, butter margarine, South-Tyrolean speck from the farm, Tyrolean ham, Italian or Hungarian salami, sausages, a wide selection of cheeses
- Full of vitamins: fresh fruit & fruit salad, vegetables, selection of muesli, seeds, dried fruits, organic products
- Dairy products: various types of milk e.g. coconut milk, rice milk, soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, various yoghurts
- Hot & delicious: egg dishes, omelette, bacon and sausages
- Sweet temptations: South-Tyrolean apple strudel, Sachertorte, delicious cakes, brioche, crêpes
- For food allergies: lactose-free and gluten-free products.
During the summer months, you can enjoy your breakfast outside. Upon request, we offer you an active breakfast so you can start your day bright and early and climb the peaks before anyone else.

Our kitchen is down-to-earth in its roots. But its design is refined and creative.
When our chef de cuisine Hermann with his motivated team get to work, they quite literally ignite a flame - cooking is a matter of the heart. In our kitchen, we use local & regional products. The meat comes primarily from our own farm with species-appropriate husbandry, the eggs come from a farm near our hotel, from happy free-range chickens. In summer we also collect every day aromatic herbs directly from our garden.
In the evening, we offer you delicious fresh salads and vegetables from the buffet, antipasti, soups, typical starters from our region or from the Italian cuisine, main courses with meat dishes from local farm animals or vegetarian dishes, on request we also provide delicious vegan dishes. To round off your meal: treat yourself to a delicious dessert from our patisserie. Enjoy!

I prefer to cook traditionally with influences from modern cuisine. The inspiration for my profession comes from my esteemed colleagues at home and abroad. My favourite dish is tender-rosted rack of lamb with balsamic gravy, red cabbage and traditional Schupfnudeln. My favourite place in the hotel obviously has to be the kitchen. The best praise I get from guests is an honest evaluation of the food. My favourite moments? When my little kids come to visit me in the kitchen.

With its aromas, cuisine can reach people in many different ways. Not only the taste experience is important, but also the emotions. And it is my absolute passion to bring these two together in a delicious dish. I like to be inspired by my surroundings, by the people that I meet and by experiences in the South-Tyrolena mountains. My favourite place in the hotel is our garden – with its many herbs and flowers that we can use in our kitchen… Simply delightful.
I work in the kitchen and I make sure that the dishes and cutlery are always clean and ready for the service in the dining room. I am also very interested in the preparation of the various delicacies. Since I am always working closely with our chefs, i have the opportunity to see and ask a lot about this topic. Already from early in the morning, I start working in our kitchen and prepare eggs and bacon. All this makes me very happy.
